Seven youth and ladies’ shooting sports programs built around safety, fundamentals and fun — for youth, for women new to the sport, and for the wider Concord and East Bay community.
Every Diablo Shooting Sports program starts with safety education and is run by experienced, supervising instructors. Newcomers are always welcome; no prior experience is required to get started, and loaner equipment is available in many programs.
Our Musketeer youth programs offer specialized tracks in rifle & pistol, trap, skeet, 5-stand and archery. Most Musketeer programs are for ages 8–18; the shotgun programs (trap, skeet and 5-stand) are for ages 10–20, and shotgun participants should weigh about 100 lbs or more to safely handle a shotgun’s weight and recoil. Our Ladies Introduction to Shooting clinics provide a supportive first step for women, and our Community Outreach work brings shooting sports education to the wider community.
